Explosion at fireworks factory in Tamil Nadu's Cuddalore, 5 killed

An explosion happened at a firecracker factory in Tamil Nadu's Cuddalore district. Five people were killed while four others got injured in the explosion, the police said. The explosion happened at the factory in Cuddalore's Kattumannarkoil, 190 km from the state capital Chennai. It is not yet clear what led to the explosion. Fire tenders rushed to the spot to douse the fire. The injured have been admitted to the hospital.
