Explosion in tourist bus injured 16 people near Giza pyramids

An explosion in the tourist bus has injured nearly 16 passengers near the Grand Egyptian Museum, next to the pyramids in Giza. While some of them were having minor injuries, 3 were being treated at the hospital. Among the injured passengers, some were South Africans. Though no one has claimed responsibility of attack, Islamist Group is being suspected behind the incident, as they have carried out attacks in past as well.
