Facebook is criticized for showing baby product ads to mother who had a stillborn

A mother who was expecting baby disheartened after it was stillborn. In UK Facebook is criticized for showing ads for baby products to her even when she posted about her stillborn and changed settings that should have blocked such appearances. It also showed ad for IVF treatment to her. She explained the situation in an open letter to the company, after which it is trying to fix the bug and also apologized to her.
