Female employees in a Kolkata-based digital media company have got the best New Year gift. FlyMyBiz has announced that it will give 1 paid leave every month to women during their periods, starting from January 2019. This means that women will get extra 12 paid leaves in a year, the Founder-CEO Samyo Datta said. Datta said that he has taken this decision for employee satisfaction. He said his firm is 1st in state to do so.
