New Zealand as been constantly set examples for other countries on how to be open about matters that are considered taboo. A supermarket chain in NZ, Retailer Countdown, will use a period label on menstrual products, a first of its kind move in the world. The supermarket chain operates 180 stores across the country and it has claimed that no one has previously used this label on menstrual products.
