Teen climate change activist Greta Thunberg, who made headlines last year with her solitary strike against climate change outside Sweden's parliament, has been named the 2019 TIME Person of the Year. She also became the youngest figure to receive the distinction in its 92-year history. 16-year old Thunberg was also nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize by Norwegian lawmakers earlier this year.
