High-level UNSC meet convened by China boycotted by S Jaishankar

Amid the tensions between India and China that went to peak following the aggression by China near the Line of Actual Control, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar boycotted a ministerial-level high profile UN Security Council meeting convened by China. In Jaishankar's absence, Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla represented India at the meeting on multilateralism presided over by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
