Taiwan's first official same-sex marriage kicked off in a landmark moment for LGBT rights in Asia & the culmination of a 3-decade fight for equality. Shane Lin & Marc Yuan, a couple who fell in love in college, dressed in matching suits arrived at a govt office in Taipei. They embraced & kissed before signing their marriage certificates. Taiwan made history last week when it became the 1st in Asia to legalise gay marriage.
