The Hyderabad police gunned down all the 4 accused of the gruesome rape-murder case in an encounter. The victim's father thanked the police and said his daughter's soul must be at peace now. The victim's sister said the police's action will serve as an example. Badrinath Singh, the father of the victim in the 2012 gang rape case also backed the move of police. Advocate Vrinda Grover said it was "absolutely unacceptable".
