Hypertension and diabetes most common comorbidities found in Coronavirus patients: Health Ministry analysis

According to a study conducted by the Union Health Ministry as a part of a disease surveillance initiative, hypertension and diabetes were among the most common comorbidities found in Coronavirus patients. 5.74% were having hypertension while 5.20% of the patients suffering from diabetes. 76% of Covid19 patients had comorbidities. Liver disease, heart disease, asthma and chronic renal disease were other common comorbidities.
