In 22-year-old case former Gujarat IPS Officer Sanjiv Bhatt arrested

On Wednesday, Gujarat CID arrested the former IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt in a 22-year-old case. The case was about the arrest of a man for suspected possession of drugs, Sumersingh was falsely connected to the case. Along with the former IPS, 7 others, including some former policemen were kept in official custody for questioning in the case. Bhatt, in 1996 was the superintendent of police in Banaskantha district.
