In a first, India-made antigen kit gets approval from ICMR

In a first, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has given its approval to an Indian made antigen kit for testing of Covid19. The kit has been developed by Mylab Discovery Solutions. The kit named Pathocatch Covid-19 Antigen Rapid testing kit is priced at Rs 450 per unit. This is the second antigen testing kit to get ICMR's approval after the antigen test kits by SD Biosensor, a South Korean company.
