India extend lockdown to 548 districts in 30 States & UTs after total cases in India rises to 471

As the number of coronavirus cases in India rose to 471 today after 71 new cases, 30 states, union territories announce complete lockdown which allow only essential services to operate in the 548 districts. However, the state governments may expand the list depending on their assessment of the situation. On Sunday, it was announced that over 75 districts with active coronavirus cases will be in lockdown.
