India is looking at "creating a rocket force", says General Bipin Rawat

India's Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat has said the country is looking at "creating a rocket force" in order to counter the emerging national security challenges. General Rawat also spoke about the threat from China. The Chief of Defence Staff said India will have to be prepared to tackle the threat from China, whether "it happens in the form of direct aggression or through use of technology."
