India now conducting 12 lakh Covid19 tests daily, 14 states leading the way

According to the latest data released by the Union Health Ministry, India is now conducting over 12 lakh Covid19 tests daily. The country has tested over 6.5 crore people until now. “The improvement in the testing rate is leading to early identification of positive cases which, in turn, will reduce the positivity rate in future,” the ministry said. 14 states include Mizoram, Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh are leading the chart.
