Indian Girls design an app 'Maitri' to connect old age homes and orphanages, wins Bronze medal in US
An all-girls team 'Team Witches' created a mobile app, 'Maitri' that connects children at orphanages with senior citizens at old age homes. They won a bronze medal for their innovation at a global tech competition in the US. Maitri app aims to bring together individuals suffering from loneliness & depression & those who lack the nurturing love of elders. The developers are all Class 12 students of Amity International School, Noida.
