India's Foreign Secretary extends support to France after "horrific" incidents in Paris and Nice

Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla slammed terrorism and radicalism during his recent trip to France. "The events of the past week in Paris and Nice have been horrific. India stands by France,” Shringla said while underlining that terrorism and radicalism are the most chilling forms of censorship. The Foreign Secretary said such incidents do not come from lone-wolf initiatives and have the support of states.
