INS Talwar reaches Mombasa to take part in Exercise Cutlass Express 2021

INS Talwar has reached Kenya's Mombasa to take part in Exercise Cutlass Express 2021. The exercise started on July 26 along the East Coast of Africa. The aim of this exercise is to improve combined maritime law enforcement capacity and increase interoperability between the regional navies. The exercise will conclude on August 6. 12 Eastern African countries, US and UK are also taking part in the exercise.
