International Criminal Court gives China a free pass by rejecting Uighur genocide complaint against it

A series of complaints against exiled Uighurs over the genocide of the community by the Chinese Communist administration in China was rejected by International Criminal Court prosecutors. A huge dossier of evidence related to the genocides was handed over to the court in July by the Uighurs. Office of prosecutor Fatou Bensouda refused to act saying that the alleged acts happened on the territory of China.
