ISI behind 2008 Mumbai attacks reveals David Headley, India calls for prosecution

2008 Mumbai attack accused Pakistani-American David Coleman Headley has confessed before US and Indian agencies that he was working at the behest of Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI in association with terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba. After Headley's confession, New Delhi has asked Islamabad to prosecute him and seek his testimony as a witness in the deadly attacks that left over 174 people dead.
