Jet-air dryers cause more bacterial contamination than paper towels

A study carried out over 12 weeks to study the level of bacteria in toilets due to usage of jet-air dryers versus paper towels has revealed that jet-air-dryers are largely responsible for bacterial contamination of toilets as these dryers create an aerosol and the microbes get blown off to spread around the toilet. The samples for the study came from the floors, surfaces and air, showing that all people were at risk.
