According to the Greenpeace India report, Jharia continues to be the most polluted place in India in 2018, followed by Dhanbad. The report is based on analysis of particulate matter data across 287 cities & Greenpeace used CPCB data to rank the most polluted cities. 6 top polluted cities in UP are Noida, Ghaziabad, Bareilly, Allahabad, Moradabad & Firozabad. Lunglei in Mizoram & Dowki in Meghalaya were the least polluted.
