Justice Indu replaces Justice Ramana in SC panel set for allegations against CJI

A 3-member panel was set for the 'conspiracy' claims by a lawyer who said that the sexual harassment allegations against the Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi are attempts to remove him. The panel replaced Justice NV Ramana with Indu Malhotra, and now the panel consists of Justice SA Bobde, Indira Banerjee, and Indu. Ramana on Thursday recused himself from the panel which is has been set according to Vishaka guidelines.
