Kerala CM declares coronavirus 'state disaster' after 3 positive cases

After 3 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Kerala, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has declared the virus outbreak as a state disaster. At least 2,239 persons exhibiting symptoms of the epidemic are under medial observation across Kerala. Out of 2,239, 84 are in hospital while the rest are under home quarantine. Meanwhile, Karnataka health and family welfare department has put 4 districts bordering Kerala on high alert.
