Kerala health minister says Covid19 death cases may rise after September 21

Amid the rising cases of the novel coronavirus, Kerala Health Minister KK Shailaja has warned that Covid19 death cases may increase after the restrictions in the state are relaxed from September 21. "Experts are saying that as compared to other states, in Kerala, over 10,000 people would have died by now,” Shailaja said. She further added that the state may witness a shortage of ventilators if more elderly people get infected.
