Know the Cyberabad Commissioner, who spearheaded the encounter of vet rape accused

The four accused in the rape-and-murder of a 26-year-old woman veterinarian last month were killed in an alleged encounter with the police Friday morning. V.C. Sajjanar, who is now the commissioner for Cyberabad, led the encounter team. Interestingly, he had also been a part of an encounter back in 2008, where he was the superintendent of police. He shot down three suspects who attacked 2 engineering students with acid.
