Kolhapur teacher arrested for giving pesticide to Class 10 student to help her in skipping board exam

A teacher has been arrested by police in Kolhapur for allegedly giving pesticide to a Class 10 student. The teacher was helping the student in skipping the board exams. However, the student died in a hospital due to the poisoning. She was a student at a private school in Shirol taluka’s Shirti village. The student identified as Sanika Mali was provided with a pesticide by the accused teacher named Nilesh Balu.
