Kulbhushan Jadhav refused to file review petition against death sentence, conviction: Pakistan

Pakistan's Additional Attorney General has claimed that Kulbhushan Jadhav has refused filing petition for review and reconsideration of his death sentence and conviction. A Pakistani military court had sentenced the 49-year-old retired Indian Navy officer to death on charges of "espionage and terrorism" in April 2017. Pakistan said Jadhav " instead preferred to follow up on his pending mercy petition."
