Madras High Court says allotment of Rs 510 crore Coronavirus aid by centre not sufficient

Madras High Court on Wednesday expressed concern over the allocation only Rs 510 crore so far to fight coronavirus in Tamil Nadu. The court directed the centre to consider increasing the state's share. The court was of the opinion that the Home Ministry has released only Rs 510 crore which was not adequate, whereas, the states which have got less number of infected patients have been allocated more funds.
