Man calls a telecom company 24,000 times, arrested

71-years old Akitoshi Okamoto has been arrested calling the toll-free number of a telecom company 24,000 times. He called to tell the company that his contract has been violated and for that, he also demanded an apology from them. Police said that he hung up the call every time someone picked up. Okamoto, however, has denied all the charges against him and claimed that he is the victim in the situation.
