Man holds plank for 9 hours, 30 minutes and 1 second, sets Guinness World Record

Daniel Scali, a man from Australia, achieved an unthinkable feat by holding a plank for a record 9 hours, 30 minutes and 1 second. Plank is one exercise that really tests the core strength and Scali passed the test with flying colours. In doing so, Scali set a new Guinness World Record. The attempt was made by the man last month and it has been recognised as the longest plank by Guinness World Records.
