Man masturbates on woman at metro station, cops apologized for delayed action

On Monday, a lady took to her Twitter handle and reported that at the Gurugram Metro Station, a man behind her masturbated on her when she turned to slap him, he started abusing her. No one came to help her. When went to the nearest police station it was closed. She texted the area police on Facebook, but no reply came. On her tweet, the Gurugram police now apologized to her for the delay in reply and action in the matter.
