Man open fires at passengers on a tram, many injured in Dutch

At 10:45 in the morning today, a man open fired at passengers on a tram in the city centre. The eyewitnesses and police officials have informed that many people were injured in the incident. A square has been cordoned off by authorities, and emergency services are at the scene. The spot is being investigated by the officials. This is not yet known that if the attacker has been arrested or not.
