Man paid Rs 6.35 lakh for a villa, received a tiny patch of land

A Florida man bought a villa from an online auction. He paid Rs 6 lakh for a villa which was a brilliant deal, only to realize later that he had been conned and received only a patch of land that is 1-foot wide and 100-foot long. That strip of land remained in possession of GHO Tamarac II, and it was never attached with the adjoining properties. The investigating officers said that he had simply been conned.
