Man's stolen wallet found after 14 years, can't use cash as it includes old Rs 500 note

The government railway police recently recovered a wallet of a man named Hemant Padalkar who had lost it 14 years ago. The man lost his wallet while travelling by train. In the last 14 years, our currency has changed so much that his wallet contains all notes that are not still legal. When he lost his wallet near Vashi, on a CSTM-Panvel local train in 2006, it had a total of Rs 900 including a Rs 500 note.
