Massachusetts Police asks residents to abstain from crime until the heatwave passes

Much of the US experiences a heatwave and it is dangerously hot this weekend. It is so hot that Massachusetts police are appealing the would-be-criminals to hold off on illegal activity until Monday as the heat is criminal enough. In a Facebook post, the Braintree Police department asked the community to refrain from crime until the heatwave passes. The post racked up more than 106,000 shares. Cops said 'Stay home, blast AC'.
