According to the Royal household's latest annual financial statement, Meghan and Harry, the Duke and Dutchess of Sussex had spent $3 million of British taxpayers' money to renovate their new home. Works including the removal of a chimney, re-finishing the roof, installation of new fireplaces and a new 'floating' wooden floor were there, along with other changes. The anti-monarchy group republic called it 'outrageous.'
