Migrants account for 82% new Covid-19 cases in Bihar

With Bihar deciding to close all quarantine Centres by June 15, the migrants reaching Bihar from Tuesday onwards will be told to go for home quarantine. More than 14 lakh migrants were quarantined at various places after entering Bihar. However, the number has come down with the release of almost nine lakh people. Bihar has so far reported 4,049 cases of Covid-19, out of which, 2,903 or 82.19% are migrants.
