Narrow escape for British Columbia woman as meteorite lands on her bed

A woman from British Columbia escaped death narrowly as a meteorite crashed through the roof and landed on her bed just next to her, while she was asleep in her home. She was wakened up by the sound of the crash. “I just jumped up and turned on the light, I couldn’t figure out what the heck had happened,” Ruth Hamilton told The Golden Star. The incident happened on October 4. Hamilton was really scared and she called 911 for help.
