New rounds of heatwaves hit Canada and US

People in the United States and Canada were affected by another round of searing heat on Sunday, with some roads closed, rail service restricted, and additional evacuations required. In Canada, wildfires are still spreading, with 50 new blazes starting in the last two days. Scientists stated that without climate change, the deadly heatwave that killed hundreds in Canada and the United States would have been "virtually impossible."
