"Not a single rupee will be lost": Centre on cancelling faulty Covid-19 testing kits

The centre cancelled the orders of coronavirus testing kits from two Chinese firms as they were "under-performing". After cancelling the order, the centre assured that not a single rupee will be lost in the order cancellation. China has been accused of sending faulty test kits as well as PPE kits to multiple countries including India. France, Canada and several other countries returned the test kits to China earlier.
