On the occasion of the International Day of Peace that is celebrated every year on September 21, the United Nations has appealed everyone, everywhere, to observe 24 hours of non-violence and ceasefire. The UN has called on everyone to celebrate the day by spreading compassion, kindness and hope in the face of the pandemic. "Join us so that we can shape peace together," UN says to the world population.
