ONGC plant in Surat engulfed in massive fire after multiple blasts, fire tenders at spot

The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) plant in Surat, Gujarat caught massive fire in the early hours of Thursday. As per the officials, multiple blasts at the plant sparked the fire. Hundreds of fire tenders are at the spot and firefighters are trying to douse the fire. The reason behind the blasts is not known yet. The columns of smoke over the plant could be seen from a few kilometers away.
