Open firing in Dutch suspected to be terrorist attack: Police

Earlier in the day, a man open fired in Dutch on passengers on a tram in the central city of Utrecht. The police investigation has suspected it to be a terrorist attack and raised threat levels in the area. They have also instructed the schools to keep the doors closed. As informed 3 people have died and several others were injured in the attack. Dutch police launched a huge manhunt for a gunman.
