At a time, when China and the whole world is busy fighting coronavirus, Iranian Revolutionary Guards chief Hossein Salami claimed that the US сould be the prime culprit behind the deadly virus outbreak that hit China and then Iran, he also threatened that the virus will eventually be turned against those who unleashed it. However, there's no official proof of the claim.
