Over 1,800 people lost their lives due to traffic accidents in Agra zone between January and September

According to government records, 1,821 people lost their lives in 3,123 traffic accidents between January 2020 and September 2020 in the Agra zone. Another 2,463 people were seriously injured in these accidents. The CCTV cameras installed in the zone reveal that a large number of two-wheeler drivers do not wear helmets. Hundreds of e-challans are issued by Agra Police every day for violations of the traffic rules.
