Over 2 million acres burned in California wildfires

According to the data revealed by the US Forest Service, the Wildfires in California have burned over 2 million acres of forest land this year. All eight national forests in the southern half of the state have been closed in a precautionary measure. More than 14,000 firefighters are engaged in a tiring battle with the wildfires. The state is witnessing two of the three largest fires in its history.
