Pakistan set to get 4 Chinese frigates, 8 submarines to modernise Navy

In a bid to modernise its Navy and strengthen the offensive power, the Pakistan government is set to get four modern frigates and eight submarines from its all-weather ally China. The second Type 054A/P multi-purpose naval missile frigate was launched by China for Pakistan Navy on January 29. Pakistan's government has signed a contract with China for the acquisition of four Type 054A/P frigates. a ship that was launched in 2020.
