Amid the latest round of military-level talks between India and China, which was inconclusive, China continues to increase its buildup along the Line of Actual Control. Concrete structures of PLA were spotted just 1 km from the LAC. This is a clear mindset of the Chinese strategy. Experts think that disengagement on key friction points including the Depsang area is unlikely to happen. India is also deploying troops near LAC.
