Polish Drug Prevention group sues Facebook over free speech violation

Facebook has landed up in a European courtroom for its efforts to shut down harmful & malicious content on its platform after an anti-drug abuse organization in Poland claimed that a freeze on its FB pages is a violation of its rights to free speech. The SIN has filed a complaint with the District Court of Warsaw against FB for violating articles 23-24 of the Polish Civil Code, that ensures free speech for individuals & organizations.
